Located in Riyadh, this project features the interior design of Telad Real Estate’s administrative offices, covering approximately 200 sqm. The space embraces a contemporary style enriched with thoughtful details that strike a balance between functionality and visual depth.

Natural materials like marble and wood were selected to add warmth and texture, while a calm earthy palette creates a comfortable work environment aligned with the company’s identity. The design includes custom-built display units for architectural models, enhanced by carefully positioned lighting to highlight forms and structure.

The layout consists of a reception area, executive offices, a meeting room, and a model showcase zone—all designed to support daily operations while delivering a cohesive and refined user experience.
