This project features the interior design of two show villas developed for Talad Real Estate in Jeddah and Al-Madinah. The design approach combines a clean modern aesthetic with subtle cultural references inspired by the local heritage of each city. The 260 sqm villas were designed to offer functional, inviting living spaces that reflect the lifestyle of the targeted residential buyers. Materials, lighting, and spatial organization were selected to enhance comfort and highlight the architectural character of the villas.
