The Telad Sales Center was designed to deliver a comprehensive reception and presentation experience that reflects the brand identity and supports the client journey from the very first moment of arrival. The design is based on a calm, well organized environment that balances contemporary character with visual warmth, fostering a sense of trust and comfort during discussions of residential options.

The project relies on a natural color palette and high-quality materials such as natural marble, wood, and richly textured fabrics, combined with carefully integrated linear lighting and heritage inspired patterns to highlight architectural details and guide movement within the space.

Spaces were thoughtfully planned to include comfortable reception areas, semi-private consultation offices, a fully equipped meeting room, and a dedicated project model display zone, helping clients clearly understand the offerings and make informed decisions.
